Return and refund policy

Returns are possible within 30 days:

• Products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags.
• The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.

Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return. We also reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always make sure your package has a track & trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no proof of shipment with a track & trace code. Returns by post without a track & trace code are at your own risk.

Cancellation of orders

Unfortunately, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please check your order before placing it.

Exchange of orders

Unfortunately we don't accept to exchange your items. You can always return your items and place a new order.

Damaged or defective or incorrect product

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order damaged or defective or you have received incorrect product. As a customer, you can ofcourse do nothing about it. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to support@fluffyhut.com. It is necessary to take photos of the complaint and attach them to your email.

Please do not return the item without sharing pictures with us. We will then unfortunately not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service will process your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

Refunds

We refund our returns on average within 7 working days once we receive them.

Please ask our customer service for the return address.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check first with your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.
